CCBC ANNOUNCES NOVA CHEMICALS AS NEWEST SPONSOR TO JOIN THE “ROAD TO SUSTAINABILITY II” CONFERENCE

      Community College of Beaver County (CCBC) Sustainable Pittsburgh, and First National Bank are pleased to announce NOVA Chemicals as the newest sponsor to join the “Road to Sustainability II Conference: Implementing Sustainable Strategies.”  This cutting edge conference is scheduled for September 23 from 8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. at the Athletics & Events Center on the campus of CCBC, located in Monaca, PA.


      As a sponsor, NOVA Chemicals brings to the conference a wealth of knowledge and expertise regarding materials and technologies that provide innovative solutions to everyday life as well as a firm commitment to ensuring effective health, safety, security and environmental stewardship.

      A preview of the 2010 conference includes “how to" programs to assist businesses in instituting sustainable projects, case studies that encourage others in their move to become more sustainable, and a showcase of local “green” products and services.
